Spray-painted on an abandon building are several pleas for crime to end in Harrisburg’s Uptown neighborhood. Recent shootings make it clear that crime isn’t on the decline, but rise. When will it end? The messages are right around the corner from an abandon house with a beautiful painting on its side. Makes me think that it’s nice someone painted something so beautiful in a neighborhood full of hate, crime, and trash.
